Plant Grow Eat

In the year 2011 I came up with a personal challenge titled:
Plant, Grow, Eat 
These were my own made up rules for my made up challenge . . . 
 30 meals in 30 days, eating what we grew, using only 3 additional ingredients not from the garden.  
Of course a few "free" ingredients were allowed, such as olive oil, salt , pepper, 
lemon or vinegar and a few other condiments. 
Each meal was FRESH, HEALTHY & EASY! 
And my husband survived!
