Here you will find recipes for some of our
 "fresh from the garden" fare .

Please keep in  mind that I cook the same way I garden!
A bit hap-hazzardly.
I don't always measure exactly & I add things and take things away at whim.
I will do my best to write out these recipes so that you will have success in using them!

My rules for this challenge are simple:
30 meals in 30 days
Only using what comes out of the garden, save for 3 additional ingredients,
such as cheese, fish, eggs, etc.
(Salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and various condiments or spices are "free" )
